I think it's the CHATHAM model. Since it hasn't been used, there should be almost no damage from use. In the 6th photo, the black dots are marks where the tag string was attached. The back side has a more noticeable small hole, but I thought I'd take a picture of the more visible outside. The 8th photo shows the part that touches the forehead. The 11th and 12th photos show marks that were likely made when something was placed on it. Photos 13-20: What is this!? It looks like some kind of scratch marks, like "shh-shh-shh." The locations are the front brim, the part above it where the head goes, and the center crease above that. In photos 15 and 16, there are some areas that are indented enough to look like scratches. Did a bear scratch it!? I took pictures from angles that make them easy to see, so they might be less noticeable depending on the viewing angle. The brim is visible from any angle... The inside circumference measured 57cm. I measured it by hand, so it might be a bit off, but I measured 57cm five times. It's a size L, so I think the actual fitting size might be different.
