These are Sorel's high-end snow boots, the Caribou. They have a high-quality nubuck leather upper and an inner felt lining, providing perfect cold and waterproof protection. I've worn them a few times, so there's some wear and tear, but no noticeable damage, and they are in good condition. There are no cigarettes or pets.
