Originally, it had 4 strands of elastic, but I was concerned about the length of the elastic section, so I had it remade with 3 strands. This was one of my favorite pieces, but I've recently come to prefer longer pāʻū, so I'm putting it up for sale. There are some self-made repairs, so I've lowered the price. Please consider purchasing if you don't mind those points.
