I purchased this about 13 years ago. All the parts are shown in the photos. The hose, mouthpiece, and medicine container are yellowed, so if you are concerned, you may want to purchase new ones separately. I have confirmed that the power turns on. My airways were weak, and I couldn't go to the hospital every day, so it was a great help to be able to use this nebulizer at home morning and night. I was truly grateful for this nebulizer and the electric nasal aspirator; they were very convenient.
