The reason for the "as is" condition is a fray at the hem due to cleaning (therefore, I've marked it as slightly dirty). Overall, I think the condition is good. The tag is faded in some areas because it was sent to the dry cleaner every time it was worn. It's a very sturdy knit, so it's unlikely to lose its shape.
