Please do not remove it from the frame, as the cut edges may be jagged, and the glaze may not be applied to unseen areas. ＜Spanish Tile Production Process＞ This piece is created using the Cuerda Seca technique, where specialized glazes are applied to bisque tiles with a dropper or brush. It is fired in a home electric kiln at approximately 1000°C for 9 hours, and then removed from the kiln after it has cooled to room temperature, which takes about 24 hours. The glaze swells up and creates a glossy and charming finish, which is a characteristic feature. ＜Notes＞ Each piece is handmade, so there may be color unevenness, glaze bleeding, or slight imperfections.
