This is a chiffon dress from GRL. I bought it last year and have only worn it once. As shown in the 6th photo, there's a slight snag, but I don't think it's very noticeable. The front buttons are fake. It has a lining. The sleeves cover the shoulders a bit, so you shouldn't have to worry about your shoulders.
