I purchased this item at Rope Picnic in November of this year for 4900 yen. It's a very vibrant and popular long skirt. The accompanying ribbon is missing as I have lost it. It has only been tried on, but please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about details. Thank you. m(._.)m
