These are DIY parts for fixing 2x4 lumber vertically to create a pillar. You don't need complicated procedures or special tools just to set up a pillar. You can easily install them because they can be firmly fixed using the force of a jack. Imitation and plagiarism are prohibited. Adjusters with only the upper part have been available before, but I thought about how to help those who don't have a drill or an 8mm drill, so I created the lower part. I came up with the drill-free type. DIY Storage Parts I added a washer between the upper hexagon and the lumber. This addition makes it more stable and prevents loosening. Therefore, when assembling the upper part, insert the washer into the bolt and then insert it into the hole. Assembly Since it will be shipped disassembled, insert the washer into the bolt as shown in photo 3 and lightly tighten it (don't overtighten), then insert it, and put the washer, nut, nut, and washer in order, and tighten the upper part with a nut. Installation Method ① Cut the 2x4 lumber that will be the pillar to a height of approximately 80mm less than the installation location. ② Screw the lower part of the adjuster to the top of the 2x4 cut in ①. (Photo 4) ③ Insert the screw side of the upper adjuster into the hole in the pillar made in ②. ④ Once you have aligned it with the installation location, stand it vertically (using a level), and you can tighten it by turning the lower nut clockwise with a wrench. 〇 Please sandwich the scratch-prevention sheet between the floor/ceiling and the bottom of the pillar and the top of the adjuster. It's easy to attach with double-sided tape.
