This is a TAKEO NISHIDA bow tie blouse. The fabric is very soft and smooth. I loved the green background with brown floral pattern at first sight and bought it. The cuffs are also frilly and gorgeous. I've worn it 2-3 times. I removed the shoulder pads when wearing it. I looked for the original shoulder pads but couldn't find them, so I've attached different shoulder pads separately. These are new.
