I bought this in preparation for childbirth, as recommended by the maternity hospital. I prepared it to be sterilized and ready to use, but I ended up not using it because I was exclusively breastfeeding when I left the hospital. I have discarded the box, so it is not included. This is a recommended bottle for those who want to aim for exclusive breastfeeding. The Milton in the picture is not included. Please understand.
