This is a "junk item." It's a Morley wah pedal. It doesn't have an on-off switch; the effect activates automatically when you step on it. Upon checking for the listing, I found that the sound would cut out for a few seconds when the effect was on. The issue didn't reoccur even after playing for a while, so I suspect it's a contact issue, but I'm listing it as junk just in case.
