It has two shoulder straps. I purchased it at Takashimaya about 6 or 7 years ago. It doesn't have a box, and I will ship it in a storage bag. There are a few scratches on the corners, but they are not noticeable. The zipper is stiff. It can hold a 500ml plastic bottle, so it's convenient. I have used and stored it with care, so I think the condition is good. I am selling it because I have used it less frequently.
