This is a Shimano fishing pouch. It can be attached to a game vest. The design allows you to operate your smartphone while it's in the pouch. I've used it for a long time, so there are scratches and scuffs. There are two holes in the bottom of the main compartment. I think it's still usable, but please check before purchasing. I think the size is MW, but I don't have anything to confirm, so please judge from the photos.
