It doesn't seem to have significantly lost its shape. I didn't notice any major stains (apologies if I missed anything), but there is some fuzzing on the surface, and the top two faux leather loops for the front buttons have been repaired. The knots are on the inside and hidden. Due to these two points, I've marked it as "slightly damaged." Please understand that this is a used item.
