Panasonic 26-inch LCD TV TH-L26X1-T The appearance is clean with no major scratches, but there may be minor scratches commensurate with age. It was working normally and displaying images until a month ago, but now when I turn it on, the red and green lights come on, but it doesn't start and then turns off. It's a junk item.
