This is a rain poncho made by Columbia. I purchased it at a store about ten years ago, but I never used it. It's a unisex size for adults. The length is approximately 108cm (excluding the hood, from shoulder to hem) (measured on the flooring). I tried to unfold it for the photos, but I wasn't confident I could put it back the way it was, so I gave up halfway through m(_ _)m As far as I can tell, there are no scratches or stains. I hope you can make good use of it.
