This is a Yokosuka sukajan (souvenir jacket). It has a cute dragon embroidery. As you can see in the photo, there is a hole where the thread on the right side is tangled, but it's not noticeable. The fluffy velour on both sleeves is missing in places, and the color has changed. I don't think this is very noticeable either.
