This item was stored in our company's warehouse (cool, dark place). It was used by the previous owner who was in the food and beverage industry. Made in 2015. I tested it by setting it to 90°C and filling it with water for about an hour. I confirmed that it heated up nicely. I cleaned it as thoroughly as possible using citric acid, etc. Some stains that I couldn't remove remain inside the main unit (see photos), and there are some stains/scratches on the base, but overall, it's in good condition.
