It has been worn about twice and is in good condition with no noticeable stains. If you look closely, there is a small, minor stain on the right arm, at one point in the Anpanman's feet and near the heart (see the last image), but it is not very noticeable. There is a mark where a name sticker was removed from the tag, but I don't think it feels sticky.
