The backing wood and instruction manual are included with the vise. Christia magnet plates are attached to the left and right trays. There are also 2 magnets on the reel side. Screws, washers, nuts, etc. are included, so use them if you need them. The fish finder mount extends upwards, which can get in the way of reeling, but it reduces eye movement, making the screen easier to see.
