It allows for "leave-it-to-cook" preparation through "heat-retaining cooking," where food is heated over a flame for a set time, then removed from the heat and gently cooked with the retained heat. This reduces daily cooking effort and gas costs, and is useful for various dishes, including rice, stews, and soups. The 16cm size is recommended for cooking 1.5 to 2 go (rice measuring unit) of rice. It can also be used to make stew or curry for 1-2 people.
