My child used to read it when they were in elementary school. There is a tear on the inside of the cover, but the main body of the book has no tears or stains. The constellation chart supplement is not included. Regarding the 60-minute special video DVD: The DVD is included, but I have not checked if it works. Please understand that it is an accessory.
