Would be suitable for someone who can sew, replace the thong, etc. These geta are made by a craftsman in the Hokuriku region. The underside is made with real lacquer and is very beautiful. The height of the platform is not too high, and the plain design is simple, so it can be easily matched with any kimono. There are signs of use such as scratches, chips, and peeling, but I think this is part of the charm of geta. The soles are still hardly worn down, and I think the only issue is the deterioration of the thong. I do not recommend these for those who are concerned about minor details.
