Hot and cold air functions confirmed, and it works without any problems. There are few scratches, and it is very clean. The only issue is a slight peeling on the gold-colored part of the cover. Please refer to the photos for minor scratches and dirt. I purchased it used and used it for six months. I used it infrequently as I was also using another hair dryer. Please understand that this is a used item, and only purchase if you are okay with that.
