It's a specialized book on logo design published by a Hong Kong publisher, featuring embossed logos on a black hardcover. It has a substantial build, typical of art books. It seems to include some Japanese companies as well. It says "with DVD-ROM," but the DVD was not included at the time of purchase. (It is not included with this item either.) As of 2025, it appears that this book is still available on Amazon for around 9,700 to 22,000 yen. Some people may consider it a speculative investment. By the way, for some reason, the book on Amazon is titled "Logos Talk II" with the same title in Japanese: ロゴストーク II, including the cover. I wonder if this is due to differences in publication timing or sales region...??
