I used this bag on a school trip 7 years ago. I've also used it a few times to stay over at my grandmother's house nearby. It's suitable for 2-3 nights. There's some scuffing on the lettering, but otherwise, there are no noticeable scratches, and I think you can still use it comfortably. This is based on my own personal inspection.
