Purchased two years ago, this controller was used only a few times by my wife, who doesn't usually play games, for occasional gaming (RPG games only, no gacha). While there's a slight feel of use, it's generally very clean and functions perfectly. Even when not in use, I've regularly charged it every three months, keeping the battery in good condition. I believe this controller is in excellent condition, as it's hardly been used. Thumbstick caps are included. Thank you.
