This is a MANHATTAN PASSAGE business bag. There are scuffs on the front, and the scuffs on the leather-like part of the bottom have been repaired with Adcolor. The shoulder strap has been replaced (I understand it was purchased on Mercari and is a unused MANHATTAN PASSAGE strap. It has been used a few times after the replacement). It also has a cushioned pocket for a laptop, making it easy to use for business. The photo shows an A4 clear file. I think I used it for about a year, but it is a used item that I purchased with the explanation that it was not used very much originally. It stands on its own, but since it is originally lightweight and thin, it may be prone to falling over depending on how you pack it. Basically, I am not considering price negotiations.
