I bought these online five years ago thinking they'd be useful in the winter, but I never used them. Both sides fully open, so you can put them on over your pants while wearing shoes. They are water-repellent, not waterproof like Gore-Tex. There's no drawstring at the waist because they fully open, but you can adjust them with the tapes on both sides. The front zipper is a double zipper. Unused, but stored in a chest of drawers. Please understand.
