When you plug it in, the illumination lights up and bubbles rise inside the glass tube. I used it for about 3 hours only at night for 49 days after purchase. There are no scratches or stains, and it is in beautiful condition. There is also a spare light bulb. It takes a few minutes for the bubbles to start appearing after plugging it in. The decorations will be detached from the main body for packaging, so please assemble them when using.
