This is a body for a 24-fret, regular-scale guitar, fully lacquer-painted, with some weather checking. It might be a good fit for an Ibanez neck or similar. It's routed for a front single-coil and a rear humbucker, with back routing, but there are no holes for pots or switches. It seems to have been made around the 90s and is reportedly a one-piece sen (Japanese ash) body, making it lightweight. The paint has aged and has some sun fading and peeling in places. There are no visible seams, so it appears to be one-piece. The specific gravity seems similar to alder, but the color is darker than alder. The neck pocket end width is approximately 57mm. It has been pre-drilled for Floyd Rose studs and spring hanger installation. There are no signs that it has ever been assembled as a guitar. Would this be suitable for building a metal guitar?
