This is a Haunted Mansion-style dress. It comes with a headband and an apron! The apron is secured with Velcro, and then tied with a ribbon. The Velcro allows for adjustment, making the waist appear slimmer! I wore it once for Halloween and have kept it stored in my closet at home since then.
