This is an authentic item purchased at a Tiffany shop. These heart earrings were a treat for myself. I love heart-shaped accessories, but I feel like they're a bit much as I get older (^_^;) I haven't worn them much lately, so I'd like to pass them on to someone who will use them (*^^*) The retail price is vague, but I think it was around 38,000 yen. I threw away the box, so it's not included.
