This is the "JA" signature model from the American mouthpiece maker "STORK." I recall hearing that Mr. Alessi, principal of the New York Philharmonic, used this mouthpiece when he played a Bach 42T before he started using Edwards, but I'm not sure of the truth of that. Detailed specifications are not publicly available, so I don't know the specifics. When I played it, it felt similar to a Denis Wick 4ABL (though the rim is more rounded than the Denis Wick). There are some scratches on the shank from use, but otherwise, it's in relatively good condition. Please check the photos. I believe this is a mouthpiece that is no longer in production.
