The simple yet sophisticated and beautiful bowls feature meticulously drawn circular patterns in vibrant colors on white porcelain. The five patterns within the circular motifs are "The Four Gentlemen" (Orchid, Bamboo, Chrysanthemum, Plum), ancient auspicious patterns, and "Saikaiha" (waves of the West Sea) symbolizing eternity, all painted in red. The gorgeous and delicate design will add color to your dining table. In my home, they were only for display and never used, so I would be happy if they could be passed on to someone who will use them often.
