Thank you for viewing! This is a silver tiara with pearls. I purchased it new and used it once at a wedding, then stored it at home. There are no issues such as decorations like pearls coming off or seeming loose, but there are areas where the paint is chipped when viewed from above (I think it was like that from when I bought it). I think it won't be a problem for photos or wearing, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned!
