I bought this exactly 30 years ago, in 1995, at an American goods store in Osaka's Americamura. I remember using up my entire day's earnings, so I think it cost around 3,000 yen. The finishing is rough, with some burrs remaining, and the paint job isn't the best, so you couldn't exactly say the craftsmanship is great, but it's old-fashioned and cute.
