I purchased this item secondhand here a few years ago. I've only used it a few times. It's stylish and was great for use at flea markets. The handle, locks, etc. function without issue, but the casters are dirty, and there are some minor scratches on the exterior. The interior is clean. Ideal for someone who appreciates antiques.
