This is a commemorative badge for the 100th anniversary of the volunteer fire department in Kitzbühel, a small town in the Tyrol region of Austria. The front of the badge is inscribed in German: "1872-1972 100th Anniversary Volunteer Fire Department Kitzbühel," and features a crest (presumably of the fire department or the town). The back of the badge is inscribed in German: "Badge Vienna" and includes the number 1 or 7. I don't know the details, but I believe I received this during an overseas business trip, or possibly through the relationship between Yamagata City and Kitzbühel, which are sister cities. It is 54 years old and shows signs of aging, but it is an unused, unopened item. Although it is unused, I have classified it as "near mint" due to the age-related deterioration.
