I received this as a souvenir from Norway. It's carefully made with intricate details. Although it's new with tags, it has been stored at home for many years, so I've rated it as "Like New" to be conservative. The hood is detachable with buttons. It's thick and sturdy. It has a very lovely design, but I haven't had the opportunity to wear it. I'm offering it for sale in the hopes that someone will find it useful.
