The exterior of the case is clean, and the inside shows almost no signs of use, so it's generally in good condition. The firmware has been updated to the latest version, 1.6. All settings have been reset. The original ear tips are unused, and the earphones and case have been disinfected. *When you receive the item, both the earphones and the case may be out of charge. If the case indicator or the earphones themselves do not light up when you open the case, please charge them fully before use.
