There are no stains and it's generally clean. Japanese instructions are attached to the back, but the adhesive on the sticker is weak, and the corners are slightly peeling. Please refrain from purchasing if this is a concern. I have bleached it with an enzyme-based bleach (for disinfection) before listing it. Hand-washed.
