Thank you for viewing! This is a pleated skirt-style culotte I purchased on Rakuten about 10 years ago. I liked it because of the sturdy fabric, but there are small pills and some stains on the back. Please check the images for details. It cost around 6,000 yen when I bought it. The elastic waistband can be worn at the waist, or pulled up higher to be worn shorter, so you can change it up depending on your outfit (*^^*) I think it can still be worn.
