They are new and unused, but have been stored for a long time. The packaging has damage such as sun fading and dirt, and prices from the store's closing are written in marker. The 18mm width one appears to have been taken out once as a sample and attached with tape, but that tape has also deteriorated. The contents themselves are likely new and clean.
