Found during warehouse organization. This is a set of Tokoname-ware shudei teacups. It features a bamboo design, and the box has the characters "Yagyu Shoten Co., Ltd." and "Ryuzan". Tokoname-ware, produced in the Tokoname City area of Aichi Prefecture. It is characterized by the use of clay rich in iron, which results in a beautiful vermilion color when fired. It has no handles, allowing you to enjoy the natural texture and warmth of the pottery.
