This is a Dutch-made plate purchased at an antique market. It has humorous painting. The rim is decorated with embossed flowers. It's lovely, isn't it? It seems suitable as a key tray or a confectionery dish. The sweet glaze is often seen in Dutch-made ceramics. There are a few small cracks, and a chip about 1 cm long on the underside of the rim. The other marks appear to be kiln marks. There are no scratches on the inside of the plate. It probably won't be noticeable when displayed on a plate stand or framed.
