These are PCU (Protective Combat Uniform) level 7 pants made by SEKRI or ORC for the US Special Forces. They are new, deadstock with tags, and unused. The inner lining is PrimaLoft (a polyester said to be about 8 times warmer than down), and the outer shell uses EPIC, which is darker in color and has better water repellency than the typical level 7 pants.
