This is issue No. 3 of S.M.H., published in July 1996. I purchased it at a bookstore when it was first published. I have looked through it many times since then, and especially during my student days, I carried it around and used it as a reference for classes and assignments, so the condition is very poor, as you can see. The cover has discoloration from sun exposure on the left side, as well as wrinkles and scuff marks that cannot be removed even with rubbing alcohol.
