This is only the sunshade cover for the Gyutto brand child seat rain cover. It has a front pocket for convenience. I used it for 3 years, and there are no tears, but some of the printing has come off. It's difficult to see in the photos, but the front brim is slightly discolored from sun exposure. Other than that, there is no particular damage. I have washed it to remove dust, etc. It will be shipped folded.
